Being organized takes effort but it is well worth it as it can positively and profoundly affect almost every aspect of our lives. Organization can help to make life simpler, reduce stress, free ourselves up to focus on the important things in life, and even reach goals that may seem impossible at first.

Becky always felt like she had no control over her life and her things were always in chaos. This disorganization caused Becky to be constantly overwhelmed and anxious.

Planning your day ahead of time greatly helps in reducing your stress level. This will alleviate feelings of being rushed all the time. Take time at the end of the day to plan for tomorrow. If you do this, you will feel far more relaxed and in control.
